If you have two points, you can find the slope between them using the slope formula, m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1). Once you have the slope, you can again use the slope formula to find the equation of the line in slope-intercept form. For example:

1. (-3, -1), (-1, -4)

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
m = (-1 - (-4))/(-3 - (-1))
m = -3/2

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
-3/2 = (y - (-1))/(x - (-3)
(-3/2)(x + 3) = y + 1
-3x/2 - 9/2 = y + 1
y = -3x/2 - 11/2

The rest follow the same pattern:

2. (0, -1), (1, 4)

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
m = (-1 - 4)/(0 - 1)
m = 5

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
5 = (y - (-1))/(x - 0)
5x = y + 1
y = 5x - 1

3. (-1, -2), (0, 3)

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
m = (-2 - 3)/(-1 - 0)
m = 5

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
5 = (y - 3)/(x - 0)
5x = y - 3
y = 5x + 3
