Normally when songs in a WMP playlist are "red", it means that the playlist can not find them in the location it is looking for them. It probably means that the directory in which they are located has been moved or deleted. Or if they were on the mp3 palyers, and your computer is not "seeing" those, then of course the songs are missing.

If the files are on your hard drive, do a "search" and find the directory in which they are located. Then recreate the playlist to look at the new location.
