Where have you evolved to?
This is for anyone who at one point liked at least one of their songs, and no longer does.

Can't ever say I liked them. But everyone who talks about FOB is always saying how "oh i used to like them like years ago!" "i dont listen to them anymore" that kind of stuff, and I am wondering where they all decided to go from there.
but i will admit there are some horrible bands I liked when I was young. so i can be forgiving.

Use to listen to them to some extent. I only liked a few songs that I now hate. Now I listen to other stuff, mostly classic rock stuff. Hard rock, heavy metal (thrash, progressive, normal metal, some alternative metal, etc.), garage rock, punk rock, 50's rock 'n' roll, pop/rock of the 60's, alternative rock of the 80's and certain bands from the 90's, funk, soul, R&B (not the R&B of today), folk (rock), grunge, protopunk/proto-metal, progressive rock, southern rock, blues (rock), some psychedelic music, and a couple other genres.

I was never really a fan, but they have a few catchy songs that I still like. Personally, I think it's silly to stop listening to a band just because they've become mainstream, but whatever. My taste in music pretty much remained unaffected by Fall Out Boy. I listen to basically everything, Meg & Dia, Elliott Smith, The Matches, The Like, Daphne Loves Derby, Joy Division, Silversun Pickups, Radiohead, Straylight Run, The Bangles, Mae, etc.

I didn't stop liking FOB because they became mainstream, but because their music just got overplayed, annoying, and now they sound like every single Fueled By Ramen band. I now listen to music that's not known as much or played that much on the radio or some older stuff. I'm really into The Cure now and Nirvana too. Other bands I like are Vairon, PlayRadioPlay!, I See Stars, Sherwood, Saosin, Kill Hannah, Smashing Pumpkins, The Birthday Massacre, Mobile, Tokio Hotel, FightFightFight!, Silversun Pickups, etc. I've been trying to widen my taste in music too. I've been getting more into industrial music and electronica and artists that I would never have listened to before.

i do still like Fall Out Boy, but not as much as i used to. my favorite bands now are: My American Heart, Paramore, Circa Survive, Saosin, Valencia, The Audition, Just Surrender, Armor For Sleep, Underoath, Downtown Singapore, Motion City Soundtrack, Hit The Lights, etc.

so i guess that's a mix of some really poppy punk, some more ambient post-hardcore, and a bit of heavier post-hardcore.
