Usually 3-5 days, but there are alot of factors that play into how long they live...ph level, cervical fluid..ect..

Given the right conditions (inside the womans body) it can live for 5 days .
I concieved at that way - 5 days before ovulation, but you can also get pregnant up to 5 days past ovulation aswell.
