If you are not together yet, don't blurt out I love you. Is he single? ... You don't even need to be obvious. Just keep him talking. Smile a little (no crazy grins). Ask semi-personal questions. Like "Do you have a brother around here, or around school" ( don't know your age). "Oh, I saw someone who looks a lot like you but younger." They'll know you think of them. Then...just let him do the rest. You'll know if he's interested then.

well you have know-en him for some time how do he feel about you? Ask him could you meet him some were you and him like to go and have a talk to him about how you feel are you ask him how he feel about you. If that don't work go out and buy him an nice card and wright him a long latter in the card telling him how you feel about him.

U sit him down and hold his hand while looking him in the eye and tell him you love him . tell him how you feel. Make sure you guys are by alone then just express yourself. It'll be easier.

Life is short and uncertain, let your love ones feel that you love them... Express it to them , by saying it, and dont shower them with material things (it seem superficial).. by just letting them know is worth doing it.

well you could try to get him to notice you add alittle purfume look your best and walk past slowly or try to tell him how you feel it will take alot of courage to do this, best to know now then waste your time pining for someone who may or may not like you in that way
personally I'd rather know, then wait forever for someone to notice me who might not even like me or maybe hes to scarred to asked you out .He might surprise you he may like you back.
