I've read the side-effects but has anyone actually had any side effects from it personally?

Its a fairly new vaccine, no long term studies have been done.
Even the commercial says that it may not prevent the four forms of cervical cancer it says its going to prevent.
I've read a lot of girls who have had this shot have had all of those side affects that is listed on their site.

You know what ..I am 22 years old and never got the Gardasil shot ...I Have had the Pre Cervical Cancer but caught it in time to get it removed ! I am not really sure about the side effects but you should call your doctor if you think you are having any!!!! So Gardasil is not really recommended in my book ...because if you catch it on time you can get it removed ..just make sure you don't have unprotected sex and you should be fine with the HPV! Hi im 12(13 in Jan.) and i have gotten 2 of the shots i have 2 go back in 3 months 2 get the 3rd one. You get 3 shots over a 6 month period and the only side-effects that ive had are swelling in the arm ,redness and pain from the swelling. It hurts like heck when you bump it but its all worth while so dont be afraid 2 get. You can be One Less One less =D

Im 17 and I got the first dosage 2 months ago and Im going to get the 2nd dosage (its a 3 dosage shot) this friday. I havent noticed any side affects. Not one! I think it is a wonderful vaccine.

I had two of the three shots, with the first one I had an aching arm for 5 days but with the seconds I had no pain what so ever.
