I like photography and guitar - Recently I have taken a picture of myself holding a can of Coca-Cola. I have also used my guitar to compose a song, titled "Cola", sang with it, and posted it on YouTube. The image of the screen is the picture mentioned above.

My question is: "Is there a chance that Coca-Cola will sue me for trademark infringement?"

P.S. The picture and video are solely for personal hobby. I am not selling neither the picture nor the video or making any profit out of them. Also the song did not say anything bad about Coca-Cola.

Commerical activity is just one of the factors.

If you are claiming to be "Coca-Cola" (the company) or claiming to produce the product -- or even doing something that casts them in a really bad light -- they can (but probably won't) sue you for trademark infringement.

If you are just singing about them -- without claiming to be them, and without causing significant harm to their corporate image -- then you have nothing to worry about.
