None of the above actually. He was tutored as part of being with the US National Team Development Program.

That's an interesting article.
On Hockey Night In Canada last year, Kesler said he never played high school hcokey because he didn't have the high school experience. (After 60 minutes with Kelly Hrudey and Scott Oake) and he talked a lot about his tutors on the road while with the NTDP. Erik Johnson has talked about it as well.

Although Kesler was developed by the US National Team, he did graduate and attend high school. He graduated from Livonia Churchill where he grew up.
