Complexity wise: the Brain, well is in charge of everything else and is so relatively small in its shape but if you unfold it is huge.
The eyes: regarding the complexity, due they tell about who you are a gaze tells more about people than thousands of words.
The ears: they are there, nobody notices them, nobody cares or realize how important they are and however thanks to them we are able to keep our equilibrium, recognize dangers by staying alert, communicate -a basic behaviour for humans- and source of amusement. Hence we really live because our ears though we believe is because our eyes.

The mind. No one knows what it really is, science can't pinpoint it, tranquilizers can't always tame it. it does it's own thing and it can take most of a life time to have some control over it if you didn't have a good start from the beginning.
Not even sure the mind is classed as a part but it's definitly part of being human.
I would have said the eye ... but not all can see :-(

I would have to say the brain. The brain has the potential for learning speech, imagination beyond what is imaginable, emotions like love in a world full of hate, memories with the storage capacity of billions of computers, and when damages to a degree has the ability to regenerate and fix itself.

It should be the brain of course, but I always have a soft spot for the heart. Starts beating a few of weeks after you're conceived and never stops until the moment you die. Logical - true - but still incredible.
