And i know this is a very great opportunity. I know this will help me get a great future and get into better colleges but it is too hard, i mean if i took AP on normal schools, i would not be stressed because i have tons of lazy friends that i used to go to school with (until i move to the academy T_T) and that are in AP, and they get As and Bs and as far as i knoe, THEY ARE ALWAYS SAYING THAT I AM SO CREATIVE AND ALWZAYS ASKING ME FOR IDEAS!!!!!!
So I want to go to the AP academy until I graduate but i feel like hanging myself (literally) becuz it is way too much work......

Oh, blingbling… it’s going to be alllllright. Did you know there are websites for stressed out students? Yeah… and this is a good one
http://www.totallystressedout.com/ .
She starts her opening page with:
“You don't have to feel out of control. You don't have to feel nervous. You don't have to feel tired and foggy all the time. You don't have to be totally stressed out! Believe me, I've been there myself. I totally remember what it was like to be a student -- and I was a student for a LONG time! Since then, I've been a college teacher so I'm around students all the time - most of them stressed out. Over the years, I've been teaching my students how to de-stress and how to deal with stress... I finally decided to make a stress management site specially designed FOR students -- and anyone else who feels stressed out.”
Chk it out! Aside from the cool Stress-free Photo Gallery, she has subject pages such as:
:: Your Body ::
Taking care of your body will help you manage stress and be able to handle it better when it does come. This area will teach you about how to improve your nutritional habits, your sleeping habits, and your exercise habits. Not only will you be able to react better to stress, you'll be fitter and healthier too!
:: Your Mind ::
What you do, what you listen to, what you see and who you talk to during your day has a huge impact on the levels of stress in your life AND how able you are to deal with stress. This area has some very simple things you can do (and not do) to reduce stress in your life.
:: Relaxing ::
Amazingly, relaxing -- really relaxing -- isn't something that comes naturally to most people. This is especially true for students! School, work, family, friends... When do you take time out of all of this just for yourself? This area has relaxation exercises and techniques that you can do to greatly lower your stress levels.
:: School ::
"Grown-ups" often forget what being a student is like -- or maybe they didn't go to college, so they just have no idea. Even if they did, we are living in a different world now. Lots of pressure, lots of competition, lots of stress. But, no fear, there are definitely things you can do to make school a much less stressful place.

On another note, you might want to try journal writing! It’s like a personal diary… that only “you” read. It too releases A LOT of stress! For tips on how to get started and/or motivated, chk out:

NOTE: I would definitely keep your Mom up-to-date w/what you're doing and how you're feeling, too. It's obvious she cares about you & your future! (TRUST ME ON THAT)

I can see that you really do hate school, and I can understand to a degree, its tough, the teachers aren't often very sympathetic, they can be boring, the subs are often useless, and if you don't have an interest, you don't have an interest. Despite this, and everything, I still think you should stay in school, even if you hate every second of it, you should continue in it, then as you continue through you can discover your passions and talents, and go into things that interest you, there is a point where it will be much harder, but also that much more intriguing. And besides that, the point is, there's nothing wrong with service workers, they are good people just like the rest of us, but the fact of the matter is, that they often, because of their income, can't live very comfortable lives, and if you drop out of school, then you will also most likely end up in a low paying job. Because of this, i'd just perservere, make sure to pay attention, so that you do well, if you attend but learn nothing, then thats just about as useless. You meantioned that you enjoyed learning abotu those diseases, mayeb it's simply that you have an interest in medicine? In that case, take your Bios and Chems, and do well, then you could become a doctor and enjoy what you do :)

If you think that this school is to much for you, you should talk to your mother. Sit down and have a very calm and rational talk with her to show her that you have thought about your decision that you need to go back to a regular school. Tell her that the work is to hard for you and that you are under to much stress. Tell her that because of it you are not learning what you need to be, and that you think you could learn more if you were in a set of classes where you were not struggling so much. If you approach it in a mature manner then your mother should be understanding!
If you think you do want to continue with the advanced classes here are some tips that might help...
1) Stay VERY organised!! Keep lots of notebooks, folders, binders, whatever you need to keep your school work in order. It will make your study time much more productive.
2) If you are trying to study and do homework and feel to stressed to concentrate take a break. Walk around for 10 mins, meditate, get your mind off of it. Do some simple stretching, it will relax you and give you better focus.
3) Find some study partners. It is true that two heads are better than one. Find a friend who can help you study, preferably someone who understands it better than you do. Even if they dont though the two of you will find it easier to figure things out when you can discus it out loud, and bounce ideas off of each other!
4) Most importantly ... Dont forget to do things other than study and do school work! Finding an activity that you really like will help relieve stress from school.
I wish you the best of luck in your schooling, whatever you decide!

You need to see this as an opportunity to see what you are made of. You can accomplish anything if you choose to. This is not an impossible task. Just a taxing one. You can succeed if you apply your superior intellect. Take this as a proving ground for the rest of your life.
The best way to ease stress is to be thoroughly prepared. Study hard and prepare. You will find that the most difficult task is only a series of easy tasks linked together. You will come away with something other people will never experience.
You will be one of the special ones.

That's why I refused and threw fits so I didn't have to go to a school like that. (Plus it was in the ghetto...)
I suggest you tell your Mom how you feel about it. If she still forces you, just try and plan a few things out with space for other things. Study for tests the best you can without crashing.
Having a buddy helps and taking a walk between homework or studying help also if you start to stress.

Relax. AP is not that bad. I know it's more work, but allowing yourself to get stressed is most of your problem. You don't get into AP without getting good grades so you're smart. I was moved up 2 grades and will be starting college courses early. Yes it's a total shock at first, but if you can get into a schedule with the work and studying it's not that bad.

I have the same problem but im at a regular school. and best thing to do is
try to stop for a second and think why you are missing or getting bad grades on stuff.
I got a 50 on my math test yesterday and I only glanced at it. I never checked why i really got those grades. or just leave it behind and hope for the best

Explain to your mother that you are a big girl and have made the decision to Drop the class. Thats the only way to totaly not have to worry about it. It will only get harder as the semester progresses. You must be almost half way done by now though, right?

Try control breathing. Sit quitely and focus on your breath. Breath in and out, but this is kinda simple.
Or maybe you could try studying more. Get your grades up, might seem like a bother to do it. But it will really pay off after you finish school.
