Go to the bank te have a change counter than is more accurate at counting than a Coin Star.

I would ask your bank first. When we first moved to SD, we had a bunch of change. I asked a few banks about it and One of them cashed it, without it being rolled up or me having an account with them. Ask around to find a bank, the one I used didn't charge me anything either. I think it was Wells Fargo Bank.

You can get coin wrappers from the bank and wrap it up yourself, then take it to the bank.

check banks or credit unions... some grocery stores have machines that are not coin star, so call around.
