When we all bought into the idea we have to have everything everyone else has. We need the latest computers, cell phones, ipods, hottest cars and clothes and our careers are more important than relationships w/family. Simplifying your life is not so hard. Prioritize your time, money and resources and let the rest go! You'll have more peace, less mess, and more money in your pocket for what's important....like stopping for an ice cream cone with your kids during a family walk!

Life has always been complicated. Initially, early man was stressed by simply survival. Then less and less survival concerns and more and more social concerns.

Today, there is little chance you will have to worry about survival for another day but there are many other things to worry or obsess about.

Just keep them in perspective. If you have your life and your health you are way ahead in the game. Everything else is a luxury item.
