Turkey has every right to defend themselves from terrorists that killed and kidnapped their troops.
And Condi Rice is hypocritical for telling them not to invade, though the US did 5 years ago and we are yet to control the nation.
When it comes to foreign policy, The Bush Regime has failed.

The situation in Turkey goes way back before Condi and crew came onto the scene.
Only a political hack would hold someone responsible when they inherited the current situation from previous administrations and governments. Turkey is a foreign government and culture, too. It's not like Condi is in abolute control of the rest of the world.
