Oh, give me a break, I don’t understand
the words that you’re saying I don’t comprehend
I pressed 1 for English and to no avail
I got you instead who speaks English (not well)

I think that you asked for my routing code
but I’m hesitant to say it as I’m not so bold
Your accent’s so strong, I truly am trying
“can you repeat that? Just what am I hiding?”

Oh, now, I get it and no I’m buying
I’m simply planning out a route for flying
Is there someone else there I can talk to?
I will not hang up it’s so long to get through!”

Why do I feel as if I’ve left the States?
Are there no more people on lines who relate?
D*mn it, no pressing if you’re from the US
Press 1 for all other languages instead...

frustrating isn't it? there should be a requirement for those who cannot speak fluent english, cannot work as a service provider :)

That's as bad as Bank of America. If you press 1 for English, the first thing you are asked is for your social security number. But if you press 2 you will not be asked for it. Illegal aliens can now get credit cards through Bank of America and Wells Fargo without a social security number, but born citizens cannot. No social? press 2 and speak spanish, get full service banking. Press 1 and get hung up on.

I don't have a problem with it , it's so the tourists feel welcome , if I moved to Costa Rica would learn Spanish out of respect for the locals and advance in the work place unlike the illegal Spanish speaking people that come to the U.S. and disrespect us by NOT leaning the English language and who's lifelong ambition is to pick tomato's .

That is well written
it sure describes
people giving you
rude service.
I don't think the main menu
know English. They were also
trying to rush you off but you put up a
good fight.
and stood your grounds
