Actually jazz was created through a fusion of country music, blues, rags, African drumming etc. As jazz migrated to R&B, country has remained closely related. Still to this day many country songs are turned into R&B songs and many R&B songs are turned into country. If you like jazz and country and can't pick try "Southern Swing" it has both. Willie Nelson was huge in promoting "Southern Swing". Jazz or Country... You can't have one without the other!

Usually country, but I've heard some jazz that's pretty good.

I personally like jazz more, I just get into it and 'feel it' (for lack of better explanation) more than country. country songs are just too similar to each other, although i like a few of 'em.
definitely jazz though.

I like jazz much more. However you can have your cake and eat it by listening to Western Swing.
