My parents are awesome. Growing up, I always thought they were way too strict, but now that I am a mother myself, I see that they just wanted the best for me. My parents stood by me as I was in an abusive relationship, pregnant at 18, went through a drug addiction, and guess what? We have a fantastic relationship! I'm damn lucky to have such great parents and hope I can only be half as good to my children as they were to me.

my parents were so nice to me too. I don't know if by the time I came around they figured "whatever she's fine." or what, but I got a way with things my brother and sister never did! And the most awesome part is now Mom's my best friend (she was when I was in HS too) and I've got the best relationship with them!!

Mine are nice compared to the abusive ones. They are caring and although sometimes I feel like I hate them, I'm lucky and should be grateful to have them.

My moms so mean and strict while my stepdad is pretty nice. So I guess I'm sorta average.

I had the best parents too and it is great to have parents who you love and appreciate .Your parents are lucky to have such a loving person who cares.I don't have my parents anymore so Cherish yours always and let them know you care.

my parents are strict but nice
they spoil my sometimes, as they just want me to have fun as a kid and a preeteen
they are pretty strict as they want be to not become a hobo

My father was abusive (verbally and physically) but my mother is a saint! I aspire to be like my mother everyday of my life.

yes they don't ground me,spank me or any thing just time out unless u do something really really bad yea my parents childhood wasn't the best and they say they are gonna give us the best childhood
