How much space do you need?
That is pretty much how you decide.
Movies take from half to one gig.
Tv shows a quarter to a half a gig.
4000 songs on my computer takes up about 25 gigs.
Dont short yourself on space. If you want to be able to hold a lot of movies and tv shows or music videos then go for the classic. If you barely plan to use the video feature and you dont have an extensive amount of music then get the nano,

GET THE CLASSIC CAUSE ITS HAVIN A LOT MORE SPACE THAN THE NANO IN GIGABYTES
