I find black and white photography to be more interesting to look at than in colour, but with watercolour, I prefer colour since I can explore light in that medium.

I think a lot would depend on what your subject is, what you are trying to say in your piece. BW and colour can be equally significant, but that's what makes art so great, is that there is no wrong way of doing anything, really.

I used to have to wear white all the time at work. Then they changed the rules, and we could wear colored scrubs. They made the patients happier but confused as to who the nurses were.
