I see all the QB's have those dots i never got why

it means theres a mic inside their helmet so they can communicate wit the coaches

According to NFL rules, there can only be one helmet with a receiver in it on the field. The green spot marks which helmet it's in.

it means that person has a head set thingy on!....one person for each team has it....most likely the QB
