I just pulled these off the periodic table. A natural resource is something that is found in nature (i.e. naturally occurring, not man made) that humans can use for their benefit. It may or may not be renewable. The list is practically endless.

Natural resources simply means things found in nature we can use: Wood, oil, water etc...
