Considering he would be acompanied by a dozen visible and another dozen hidden Secret Service agents, I would give all of them a lollipop and big, non-threatening smile so I would not have to spend the next month in interrogation or worry about the IRS suddenly being really interested ni me.

I would put some little Snickers bars, Butter finger candy bars and maybe a Halloween lollie pop if I can find some more.

We get Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, Milky Ways, Nerd's, Smarties, Skittles....but the Reese's tend to go fast because they somehow make it into my mouth..don't know how that happens??? :-D Anyway, I am very generous so get to my house early!!! Plus, if you have an awesome costume I insist on pictures :o)
