I'm very conflicted, for that this is my first-ever birth control regimen.

Thing is, I filled this prescription for Tri-Sprintec on Saturday, thinking that I'd take it that Sunday and la-dee-da. All day Sunday, however, I was running around and it totally slipped my mind and forgot to grab it. So today's Monday, and I got my pills, and it says to start the Sunday after my period.

Question is, should I take the Monday pill or the Sunday pill?

They included stickers to place over the pre-printed days, and I don't know if I should use THOSE or not, like replace Sunday with Monday and take the first gray pill.

If you can answer this, thank you so much!

Sometimes you can change the week of days you take the pill with the special sticker series. When the sticker goes on it will start the week at Mon and end on Sunday instead of what is pre-printed on the package. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well this week before trying to make any changes to see what they say.
