Here is one way:
Central Intelligence Agency (2007) The World Factbook Liberia. Electronic document, https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/li.html, last accessed October 22, 2007.
Boddy-Evans, Alistair (2007) Biography: Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, Liberia's 'Iron Lady'. Electronic document, http://africanhistory.about.com/od/liberia/p/Sirleaf.htm, last accessed October 22, 2007.
You'd want to format the citations in a way that is consistent with the rest of your works cited page (e.g. author, line break, year, tab, title, etc.) Also, be sure to spell out the entire URL and update the "last accessed" date before you turn it in.
Good luck!
