Overall yes tigers and a few other species of cats do enjoy water, however there are some species of tigers that are more fond of water than others.

Example, bengal tigers LOVE water and can spend hour after hour in it swimming and playing where as amur tigers like water but are more of a quick dip to cool off.

Nonetheless, tigers do enjoy water. Some of the other exotic cats that like it are the fishing cat and the rusty spotted cat (there are a few more).

Tigers are strange cats. They actually like water! So do fishing cats, but they are not even true cats. We snow leopards have enough sense to keep dry, even in all of the snow.

oscars are normally very resilient and they will probably be ok. Just make sure that the tank is well covered because if it is swimming to erratically it may accidentally jump out.
