Why should the value of a human 'life' be any lower simply because it has not yet been concieved? If abortion is murder, is not it also murder to avoid sexual intercourse with every person of the opposite sex at every opportunity?
Think of all the trillions, nay quadrillions---the infinite number of children who have never even had a chance at conception. This is a crime that cries out to heaven!

I'm not saying abortion is right, but I would rather have a child surgically removed before it can be called human than to have hundreds more babies being thrown in dumpsters, dumped into orphanages, and born into families that can't take care of them properly.
If you count abortion as murder would miscarriages be murder as well? If you didn't nurture yourself enough and your unborn baby died would you be charged for neglect and manslaughter? How about if you fell and had a miscarriage? would you go to jail for killing a child?
