I only have Stop, so I'm basing my opinion completely on that CD. But I'm curious as to what you think...especially those of you who have Radar and Parachutes in Avalon to compare.

I came across an article that described their songs on Stop as "coming from the perspective of dreamers, travelers and the broken-hearted. Real people with real hopes, fears, problems and stories. But it also works because, plain and simple, it rocks."

A review like that is sure to get your attention! So I ordered it on eBay...I wasn't let down. I've been wanting Radar...I'm going to have to find it somehow.

Well I got Radar randomly, I think some guy just gave me it at a hospital fair that I was at (yea, random, I know) and it took me over a month of running all over the place to find Stop. I didn't even know that Parachutes in Avalon existed till this moment (their official site is down, and they don't have a myspace and Mark Boquist has a new band so i'm going under the assumption that they broke up). I personally think that Radar was better than Stop, it's more melodic.

Well, to answer your question, 34 Satellite would definetly be a mellowish country rock. Maybe.

*edit
btw, how did you come across 34 Satellite?
