Mexico it is called Dia de los muertos where there is a parade and food for the dead and you can speak to relatives who have passed. It goes on a little before halloween it is the country that it is mainly celebrated though.

I know that Mexico does. They do celebrate it instead of Halloween. Its a day were you can talk to people who have passed on. It is not only a sad day but a happy day.

I think it's mexico...or maybe spain....but it's not instead of halloween it's just it's own holiday.
