This is a job for a professional . You may or may not need to tear the tile up and lay other flooring , even some concrete like product to lay the heating coils on . It will need to be wired correctly too and many installation tricks which allow the coils to be 'under' the tiles and not be worn through by the weight of flooring and your weight . It takes planning and is not just something you decide to do on a weekend , unless you know what you are doing . LOOK on the This Old house web site .

These are put in before the tile is laid, and, there are several types.
