OK.
Here is a condition that I, as a pro-choice liberal, can accept:
Therapeutic abortion can be outlawed, BUT, if the child is either put up for adoption OR if the father misses even one child support payment he must, by law, by force if needed, be immediately and permanently surgically castrated. If you want to stop abortion, let men pay a price comensurate to that paid by women.
I'll go for that. How about you?

Add the following provision:
All anti-abortion churches will be taxed to provide schools, hospitals, jail cells, etc. for all of the unwanted children born as a result.

I'm a full believer that working, dead beat fathers should be jailed for weekends until they start showing that they are motivated to pay their past dues. Only get off if you can prove your working overtime and 50% of overtime pay should go to private account for childrens 18th B-day.
Mothers should also be watched for fraud.
They both made their bed !!
In cases of rape, Adoption or civil responsability to rapist ,pig ,bastard ,scum bag. If he ever gets out , permanent order of protection/must be atleast a state away with no contact. Forever pay in 50% of income to victom fund that goes to victom directly.
Reason for weakends and not straight time is so they can work with out excuses. Moms gets nothing from a inmate. They have no sorce of income.

I have no problem with ending abortion if it is because people choose not to have abortions -- or if medical technology develops to the point where the embryo can be taken out and raised in an artificial womb.
Either of those still leaves it as the individuals choice whether to be involved or not.
However, since I don't believe in slavery -- and I don't believe the govt should be allowed to dictate medical choices to individuals -- I'd never approve of anything that takes the choice away from the individual.
And your model is punitive -- it doesn't address the legal issues of choice and whether someone can forced to serve as host to another being against their will.

Here's the conditions that I, a pro-choice conservative, Republican, Catholic, can accept:
An admission that abortion has been going on since women have been getting pregnant and will go on even if Roe v Wade is overturned. Those that feel it is best for them and/or their families should have quality health care to have the procedure done if they so choose.

I'd go for that, because castrating all those dead-beat dads might also eliminate the need for abortions.

Yes, stop abortion now.
If your law is passed can you add a rider that will force the permanent Gluing shut of the Ba-Gina?
Warm regards,

Why not make birth control cheap, easy to use and readily available? Many on the right who want to ban abortion also seem to want to restrict birth control.
