For people who continue to believe that no wrongdoing occurred, I would like to ask them the following question: If you blew the cover on a covert CIA agent, what do you think would happen to you? That's right, you'd go to jail. You could even face execution, especially during wartime. The people responsible won't go to jail because as far as they are concerned, they are above the law and can do anything they want and get away with it.

Take all this with a big grain of salt. Valarie is selling books. We will never know what the true story is, was or will be. This whole situation was muddled from the begining.
What is treason? Pelosi and the dems calling Petraus a liar? Trying not to fund the war leaving our men in harms way?

Valarie Plane was not a covert agent at the time she was outed. No charges were leveled against anyone for outing her because she was not an covert agent. It is not illegal to identify employees of the CIA who are not covert agents.
