My picks would be Miami Dolphins coach Cam Cameron for all the mistakes he's done, drafting Ginn who we had no use for, releasing Culpepper for a 37 year old concussed Trent Green and his latest **** up trading Chambers.

Also, the retard of the league, Brad Childress who has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT SO EVER of how to run a football team, what the **** is this guy doing with Adrian Peterson, 12 carries against the Cowboys thats a ******* joke. This man doesn't know what to do with his Running Backs and doesn't know what to do with his Quarter Backs.

No question, Norv Turner. 14-2 to this?

Parcells could have come to miami with Belichek as his D coordinator and Norv as his O coordinator, and they still would have sucked. Cam is building his team, and Chambers didn't seem to be to be player hard, and maybe he thought Culpepper had a bad attitude. As for norv and the chargers, anytime you switch coaches, it may take a while before the team and coaches are on the same page.

Romeo seems to have turned things around, and the guy in minnesota is probably just trying to keep AP healthy and the other guy happy until he feels he has a winner.

A lot of other guys just took over teams, so the two coaches I think aren't doing a good job are Mangini at the Jets, and Payton at the Saints. He looked great last year, but he has the same team, and things just aren't clicking.

Norv Turner is a great Coordinator, but a lousy head coach, just like the other Jimmy Johnson disciple Dave Wannstedt. Childress should have traded Chester Taylor or Adrian Peterson to the Packers for Aaron Rodgers. The Vikes would still have a good RB and a franchise QB. The Packers would win the Super Bowl.

im gonna say Brad Childress because Adrian Peterson should be getting the ball 20-25 times a game.

you could say Cam Cameron but i think the Miami Dolphins management screwed this team up. they didnt get any players that could help them this season. drafting Ted Ginn was a horrible idea

Brad Childress is pretty bad. Dick Jauron has earned minimal respect from me this season. Cam Cameron was just dumb for going to Miami, should've taken the San Diego job.

But the WORST coach in the NFL has to be Eric Mangini. Only two teams with less win than the Jets. Miami and St.Louis. Even though those teams might have a worse record, one win should not be seperating the healthy Jets from those two teams.

Ava's mom - You're an idiot. The Patriots are stomping all over anyone and anything is their way. Why don't you go and prove that he cheated, oh wait, you can't.

I don't think it's Norv Turner, my guess on SD is losing their coordinators & assistant coaches. Their ownership should have given Marty Schottenheimer a gold-covered red carpet for what he did for that team.

Joe Gibbs is shaky with the Redskins, but he's not the worst.

Brad Childress is getting his team in gear and I believe he is turning them around.

The Giants coach (can't remember his name) has no respect from his players, but they are playing like a Super Bowl contender.

My guess is Cam Cameron with Miami. he does not seem quite ready for the NFL head coach position yet, but hope he grows into that job soon.

My vote is for Eric Mangini. Regardless of the Belicheck thing, his team has only beat Buffalo this year from a 10 and 6 year last year. Now the Jets are 1 and 5 or 1 and 6.

Norv Turner, who else has taken a total powerhouse team with basically unchanged personnel and almost completely ruined it? If Scott Linehan doesn't do better once the Rams injury problems have cleared up, he's going to be right up there too. Randy Mueller is ultimately the guy making the personnel decisions in Miami, so Cameron isn't totally to blame.

Three wins ago, I might have said Romeo Crennel, but I think the Browns are coming around and the Steelers will see a much more formidible opponent the next time they play; it may even be a battle for first place in the AFC North. Romeo's off the hook for now, but The Chargers would have been .500 or better right now with no one coaching them! Norv Turner gets my vote, and yes, we'll take Marty back in Cleveland with open arms as soon as Romeo makes his next slip-up!

The Dolphins were a three year fix up project when Wanstadt left. Saban did nothing. I give Cameron a pass this year.

Childress is a good pick.

I would add Eric Mangini of the Jets.
