You don't understand taxonomy or scientific names. Genus/species is like your name. This is an example. You are James Doe. That identifies you.

There are many species of crickets, beetles, praying mantis and katydids. You cant name a specific one unless we know which one you want to identify. See, it could be James Doe or Bob Doe or Jill Doe or Jane Doe, and still be a human.

For the things you ask, I can only give you the Family name, cause I don't know the species. Except for beetles, I can only give you the order.

Crickets are Family Gryllidae. Praying mantis are Family Mantidae. Katydids are Family Tettigoniidae. Beetles are Order Coleoptera.

If you want to search for a specific insect try bugnet.

The word is Genus. A genius is a smart person.

Try searching with the correct word. Here's what I came up with for a praying mantis or mantid (not mandit) -

Adult Large Brown Mantid, Archimantis latistyla.

I don't think I'd consider any of those genius species.

Try googling it.
