The 400 richest Americans are tracked and listed by Forbes magazine. I'll provide a link to that below. You cannot, however, get any list of taxpayers' information, because tax information is covered by the Privacy Act. Unless one of those zillionaire taxpayers releases his tax return, you would never know.

Richest doesn't necessarily translate into income tax dollars. Many of the super-richest people have little in the way of "income" but pay a fortune in capital gains taxes on their assets..
