yes, both ways, when u are pg your pelvic and uterus slightly swell and u can feel pressure, th gyno can tell bc he knows what u normally feel like and noticees when something is diff(unless u are only 1-2 wks, bt if are at least or over2 1/2 -3 wkshe can tell)

yes it depends on how your cervix FEELS inside and if the bloating on your pelvic they can tell if you are pregnant!
