i need to connect the play to contemporary american society. something along the lines of the themes of the play. this includes:: fear drives peoples actions, revenge gets in the way of morality. anything that has happened in our society from 2000 and up works. thanks. =]

i need to connect it to contemporary american society. and event that has happend after 2000. anything but the war is good. i know too many people doing that. i have to connect in some sense of the themes:: fear influences peoples actions, revenge gets in the way pf peoples morals, fear and revenge blinds a person from innocence.
