A woman just came home from a friends house and the police were inside looking for someone. She was unaware of the police being inside, the front door was locked and the blinds were down, so she entered thru the backdoor. She did not know whats going on inside, when she saw that there were police inside she announced that she was the owner of the home and asked what was going on.

It is not illegal to enter the home under the circumstances you describe, but once in she must follow every instruction given to her by the police or she risks being arrested herself for obstruction of a peace officer.
