Irregardles is a word but is a non-standard usage meaning regardless.
is considered nonstandard because of the two negative elements ir- and -less. It was probably formed on the analogy of such words as irrespective, irrelevant, and irreparable. Those who use it, including on occasion educated speakers, may do so from a desire to add emphasis. Irregardless first appeared in the early 20th century and was perhaps popularized by its use in a comic radio program of the 1930s.

Both are right!
Irregardless (adjective and adverb) is the informal way of saying regardless.
Irregardless usually is avoided by careful English users. Mostly, people use regardless instead to mean 'without regard or consideration for' or 'nevertheless'.

Regardless is correct. Irregardless can be found in the dictionary, but it's still considered slang and not appropriate for formal use. As someone pointed out above, it also sounds like a double negative, which makes its meaning unclear.

regardless of any other answers, irregardless is wrong and sounds like an American made up word.
wiki says
Irregardless is a word that many mistakenly believe to be correct usage in formal style, when in fact it is used chiefly in nonstandard speech or casual writing. Coined in the United States in the early 20th century, it has met with a blizzard of condemnation for being an improper yoking of irrespective and regardless and for the logical absurdity of combining the negative ir- prefix and -less suffix in a single term. Although one might reasonably argue that it is no different from words with redundant affixes like debone and unravel, it has been considered a blunder for decades and will probably continue to be so.
however, any word used frequently in every day conversation can be adopted by the oxford english dictionary and become a bonefide word. so lets not use the americanism

Regardless is correct since Irregardless is a double negative since the ir- and the less- cancel each other out. Hope this helps a bunch.
