Have seen your other question the reason you do not qualify, is because you do not have sufficient income to get, and keep the mortgage, or a sufficient income to debt ratio.

you may qualify for an FHA loan but most companies dont do manual underwriting. find a broker that does FHA loans, and other loans.

some brokers work with over 100 lenders that maybe able to help you

Get a conventional loan, shop around. There are a whole lot of loans available besides FHA.

There are lots of other lenders out there, but if you don't qualify for FHA, you may be hard pressed to find someone to loan to you. FHA has fairly lenient lending standards.

FHA is not the only method of financing. You can always look at conventional or subprime financing if you credit is not up to par at this time. In many cases, establishing mortgage history on your credit can help your scores improve rapidly.

Im kinda lost, Why was the home loan discharged if you were current and up to date and more importantly included in the BK I understand the listing of all creditors but to include it in the BK and even more confusing how does your loan show a zero balance,your still paying on it but no longer tied to it???

there are plenty of loan companies out there. It really depends on the credit rating, and how long you have had on the job.
there's va, fha, fannie mae, etc.....

Check your state for first time homebuyer programs. Many require NO money down on homes. AND give free grant money for closing costs and pre-paids.
