t=S/V= 160/220 sec

during this time the bullet falls and this is the amount of error

h=(1/2) gt^2
h -error in height
g- acceleration due to gravity
t - time in flight or time to target

b) You have to provide a vertical component such as

Vv=gt

angle then
A= arcSin(Vv/V)
