I wasn't clear...gotcha... I meant that in the title, unsolved mysteries is redundant. I do know that some of the episodes were never solved, but I was just focusing on the title.

If a mystery is solved, it is no longer a mystery.

I think I get what you mean here. Unsolved mysteries is kind of an overkill on words. If something is a mystery then, logically, it hasn't been solved.

Most of the cases were not solved. At the end of each segment they would leave a phone number and website for people who had leads to get in contact and if they got solved it would be shown on a later show as an update

they call it that because some of the mysteries are not soleved and they don't really solve the mysteries they tell u about it DUH!!
