Yes. Of course you can. A flash drive is basically like a hard drive, only it uses flash memory, instead of spinning disks. You just gotta find the MP3 file on your computer, open up My Computer and find the flash drive, or if you are using a Mac, you can just find the flash drive on your desktop. Then, drag your file into the window where the flash drive is.
