Leatherface because I think a chainsaw going slowly through my body would be very painful and sometimes he doesn't kill his victims right away, sometimes he skins off there face while they are alive (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning) or he makes them have dinner with him and his family then gets his grandfather to bash their heads in like in the orginal and number two.
I think Freddy is a close second because he never kills people right away, he messes with them. And being sliced to death by that razor glove is not a good way to die. Ouch.

I got plenty. The shark from Jaws, the emaciated and gaunt ghouls from the Grudge movies, Jigsaw or the Jigsaw puppet, Freddy Kreuger, zombies from any zombie movie, the giant anaconda in Anaconda.
I hate horror movies, as you can see.

Topping that list is Godzilla.
80 meter tall, 50K ton lizard with atomic breath? Yea, definitely pass.
Saw... that guy's a loser. I mean, really, all his victims (like all horror victims) do ALL THE WRONG THINGS!
I have a chant for when the bad guy falls down, it goes like this:
head, head, head, head, head...
Why, when the baddie falls down, do they never take the head?
I mean... that works on vampires, highlanders, everything!

Well, assuming that Jig Saw is a monster, I'd have to say him. Especially after watching Saw II.

Freddy. You can't help but sleep! But then again, Jigsaw from the Saw movies gets to you when you least expect it, and then you are pretty much SOL.
