Yes. I ought to know, for I'm a vampire myself.

All you have to do is let a vampire feed on your blood until you die from the lack of blood. Or, if you don't like that method, drink a vampire's blood.

If you want to be a vampire, I'd suggest you talk to the count. I hear he's always looking for new recruits.

You are aware that there are no such things as vampires, right? The juvenile assertions of some of the people in this category notwithstanding?

In folklore you generally became a vampire after you died, for any number of reasons (being a werewolf in life, dying far from home, dying alone, meeting a violent death, etc.).

So. Good luck with that.

Not the kind you read about or see in the movies. No such thing. If you drink blood you'll just likely get sick. If someone who says he is a vampire bites you and gives you some of his blood to drink you'll just get sick. Ever heard of AIDS and other blood borne pathogens? No one lives forever and drinking blood does nothing to increase longevity. A healthy lifestyle is the best way to increase your life span.

According to the Dracula fable (good 'ol Vlad the Impaler) he drank human blood from a cup at the altar of a church. Usually you have to be bitten by a vampire, or at least drink its blood. If you are interested in a literal way of doing this, there are people who drink blood, but the consequences of diesease are to much for me to recommend that.

yes, but not in the "romantic" sense. get AIDS and move to Sweden. they have a procedure that "flushes" your infected blood with clean, untainted blood. that's technically "vampirism".

Just tell me, and I'll be happy to suck your blood.
Though i hope you don't have AIDS.
