i have hired an attorney for my dui case. so what could i expect in court. i am on disability and have showed him all my medical records showing why i'm on disability. i have been having mini-strokes.

The prosecutor represents the govt -- your attorney represents you -- that is the nature of an adversarial legal system -- each side gets their own attorney to represent them.

The disability may or may not have anything to do with the DUI -- unless the "under the influence" was influence of medication that you were required to take for your illness.

The prosecutor will attempt to prove the charges -- the defense attorney will make the prosecutor work for it -- and attempt to assert any defenses that would apply.

so what does having mini strokes and being on disability have to do with you getting a dui? are you trying to get the charges dropped with sympathy? i dont it will work

The prosecutor is the person employed by the government to present its case against an accused person.
