It ranges from $20,000 to $40,000. I recently purchased a house on an acre lot. I purchased the two and a half acres adjoining. The additional acres were $72,500.00. This price was for the additional acreage, only.

I live in the country and land is about $6000 an acre and up.

1 Acre sells for £How-BUKin-Much!!!! I live in the South of England where land is sold by the square inch.
