My friend and I were talking about this the other day. He's not playing for a large amount this year after signing basically a 1 year deal. My friend thinks hes going going to want a huge contract say 10 mil/year but I think otherwise. I think he'll resign for say 5-6 mil/year to stay with a Super Bowl contender. On most other teams Moss wouldn't be as explosive as he is here plus it just further punches his ticket to Canton.

Well, you're right about the Pats being his ticket to the HOF...He is not gonna be all about money this time...Sure, after this season, he will renegotiate, with the ridiculous numbers he and Brady are putting up...but not like he's gonna hold out or anything...He's on a winner, and he knows he will be a Super Bowl winner and be a HOFer with this team...If you heard any interviews with him at all, you hear him say he is basically in awe of being on the Patriots...He is humbled by it actually...Something he didn't feel with the Vikings and Raiders...

I think both of you are right, Moss has found a home and team that will work, with and for him. No one really knows what these guys will do no matter what amount of money they're going to get. What a shame what took place with the Falcons Quarterback, outstanding player, getting alot of money and can't stay out of having problems, that's an example of no one knows what different players are doing. I don't think he'll leave...Moss was searching for a home and now that he and Brady are on the same page...He'll be around as long as his health allows him to...The GM would have to literally run him away...Its not about the money...He is already crazy paid...Its about that ultimate goal every player has...To win a Super Bowl ring...And everyone knows Moss is now the closest he's ever been in doing so....Go Patriots!!!

I think he wants to close his career off with a superbowl win. If he wins it he is gone and it will probably be the end of the patriots dynasty.
