Absolutely!! They should also ban exhaling because carbon dioxide contributes to global warming. I wish we were all as progressive and eco-friendly as those enlightened Californians.

Houses don't create second hand smoke. Burning houses do and arson is already illegal. Of course we have no control over nature so outlawing natural causes for burning houses won't work either because mother nature doesn't play by our rules she has her own.

"ban houses"? burning houses create a wealth of problems the least of which is second hand smoke. Houses are not normally burned for pleasure.
