How can you sleep at night knowing you treated someone unjustly?

I'd rather be poor in material things but can sleep soundly at night than having material things but have so much hatred in my heart and knowing that I treated someone unjustly. To all the regular yappers, you guys can report me and I don't care. I'm standing up for "Magwawali (Reverend) and his Filipina wife" who were unjustly reported and harassed because the good Reverend commented on one of the regular's answer here. How can you do that to a man of God?

It really is ok, cause all I ever tried to do was to answer questions to help people.

Just so you know, the thing that I assume started this was a question someone asked about Philippines being called PI instead of RP.
I said "Philippines are Islands" just like Hawiian Islands>.

And then she answered the question and was real upset about calling the Philippines PI.
(she was a fan)
So I sent her an email and just said "You surprised me with your answer calling people ignoramus" Then I put a smiley face.

She then sent me an email saying (among other trash) that she would not let hard headed foriegners tell her what to do.

So I blocked her (out of site out of mind).

Then she blocked us and that is when she really went to work.

Then from what I understand she has been degrading me and Cathy ever since, accussing us of stocking her and giving her thumbs down and being self-rightous (DO I COME ACROSS THAT WAY?)

I guess we could stay but I expect her to report, report, report and get our account deleted.

Let me put it this way please. We have different set of principles and standards. For me, maybe, it's right and for many, totally wrong. Some will apologize if they do wrong, some may not. Maybe, even many will tell me I am wrong, I would still consider myself right and they just didn't understand my predicament. Let us remember that this site is considered a public forum. We would be offended or harassed sometimes by persons we do not even know.

Take it easy. Let us move on.

To you, Magwawali and his wife, do not leave this site please.

'Magwawali' was already considering of leaving Yap as this extract from an email he sent to me states.
"I will be the first to admit that perhaps I got too tied up with Answers and I was spending more time here then I should, but every time I would tell my fans I was leaving some would email and ask me not to.

As for "Magwawali (Reverend) and his Filipina wife" who were unjustly reported and harassed" I believe that he deleted his own account.
If you or anyone else want to see the two emails he sent to me just request it and I will send them on.

I can sleep well at night knowing full well that I did not treat anyone unjustly.

We should just all grow up.

When I started in Yahoo, I was also very upset especially with racist remarks, and answered those posts furiously. Until some well-meaning members posted advice to say we should just live with these things, and continue to have fun. That is how I have been dealing with everyone on YAP since then. And believe me, even when I post a "somewhat angry" answer, that is also deliberate, and I am having fun making "asar" the questioner, in the spirit of fun. There was also a post on how we should be able to take as much as we dish out.

So come on, guys.

Never saw a post where Magwawali wrote unkindly. It was a big misunderstanding that was blown out of proportion.

Let us not pick fights. We are grown-ups (meaning; if we are old enough to type, we are old enough to understand and be empathic).

We only have one life, might as well live it peacefully.

nicely regardless of the undeniable fact that unhappy this may be for you - it relatively is no longer something new and that i've got heard comparable memories in my life from mendacity spouses and church 'elders' who misjudge others based on the lies of a bent better half. What are you able to do - they're imperfect men and as such, have decrease than appropriate discernment and attitude on others. You the two bear it nicely and bear or you bypass to a diverse church or congregation. it relatively is different from they're supplying you with allure strategies it form of feels.... of course you even admit that even regardless of the undeniable fact that no longer the wrongs they accuse you of - your life and strikes have been decrease than fantastically honorable or healthful on the grounds that your spouse did this. stop blaming anybody and purely step as much as the plate with GOD. he's the only one that concerns and make issues precise between you & Him and anybody else can take a flying leap.... purely talk YOU and your life as superb you are able to and enable something guard itself.

This whole episode is very sad and so very unnecessary.

Nothing is more important than what YOU make it.

So some person gave you a thumbs down......who cares....if they kick you off yahoo......who cares.....in the list of world events these a minor hiccups of little "real" importance.

When you ignore people who harass you THEY look bad.....If you respond or fight you make them happy and make BOTH of you look bad.

You can not make everyone happy....or even make them like you.....there will always be people who will not like you just because you are here.......do not take any of this personal....
