of course. good shoes, long pants, long sleeves safty glasses, face shield, ear plugs......seen too many people hurt not wearing PPE.

I run a tree service and yard clean-up in the fall,it is grounds for termination for any employee not wearing PPE, they sign a contract when hired on

Due to the extreme amount of sound that my brush cutter uses, I tend to use both eye and hearing protection while working. I must admit that I have only recently started this trend for myself, but now that I have been doing it for at least one season it has become nearly second nature.

Sure do. At the speeds that those things run even a small piece of stem could cause serious eye damage. Long pants, glove, hearing and eye protection. Saves a lot of heart ache in the long run.

At the very least get some of those foam ear plugs and plastic goggles.
