Does anyone know anything about some type of federal or Florida state law that when a women has a partial or full mastectomy, they have to be offered augmention replacement for it? A Gulf War Vet Nurse needs help with this. Please respond asap as surgery is scheduled for 11/02. NO SMART ALECK OR IGNORANT ANSWERS! YOU WILL BE REPORTED!!

In the State of FL if a woman has a mastectomy and she chooses to do Plastic Surgery techniques, namely reconstruction on the side of the mastectomy the doctor has to do some work to the healthy breast so that they can be even.
